DESCRIPTION
AluPlus Data provides a stable platform suitable for industrial clean room
environments. The panel comprised of a high strength die-cast aluminium
structure either as a solid panel or perforated with a 22% open area.
The surface is then finished with the specified laminate or vinyl finish.
AluPlus is capable of withstanding various heavy duty static and dynamic
loads experienced in clean room environments.
PANEL
Die Cast Aluminium ADC12. Available as a solid panel or perforated with a 22%
open area.
FINISH
Bare, Epoxy, Anodised or finished in a specified antistatic laminate or vinyl.
CONNECTION
The panel when finished with HPL or Vinyl is gravity held on a rigid stringer
assembly. The locating gasket on the pedestal head ensures accurate panel
placement and safety. As a bare finish the panel is screw fixed at the corner into
the pedestal head.
